“Territorial Generating Company No.5” OJSC was established in the course of energy sector reformation and incorporates the generating assets of Kirov Region, Udmurtia and Chuvashia Republics, and Mary El Republic.

“TGC-5” key activity types include heat and power energy production.

At present “TGC-5” OJSC is a part of “Generation of Urals” Division of “Integrated Energy Systems” Closed Corporation, being the majority shareholder of the Company.

The installed capacity of “TGC-5” is 2467MW of power energy; and 9040Gcal/h of heat energy.
